Depending on the quality of the product, we propose to integrate a slide dosing system on our pouch machines. This makes it possible to handle gently and minimizing as much as possible the risk of breakage of fragile products such as dry foods, seeds, different types of powders, mixed or not, and other sensitive products. The dosing unit made of stainless steel is based on a two-position linear displacement dosing plate (filling and unloading). As the metering chamber moves under the hopper, the chamber fills with product through its linear motion. The dose of product is therefore unloaded and falls into the filling chute and then into the sachets with a rhythmic cycle.
